SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM PST, excluding federal holidays.

Daily order cutoff:  
Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time:  
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been dispatched.

Weekend orders:  
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday begin processing on Monday.

Orders are fulfilled from authorized fulfillment partners and/or our operating facility, depending on product availability.

2. Shipping Rates (United States)

$150 and up | Standard Shipping | 3–4 business days | FREE  

*Transit time begins after the 1–2 business day processing window and may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping fee explanation:  
Orders under $150 incur a flat $7.95 shipping fee to cover secure packaging and insured delivery. Shipping costs are fully absorbed on orders $150 and over.

3. Carriers

We primarily ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground. The carrier is selected automatically based on package weight and destination to ensure timely delivery.

4. Tracking

Tracking information is emailed as soon as a shipping label is created.  
If you do not receive tracking within two business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@opulentfragrance.net.

5. Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.  
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes may be possible only if the order has not yet shipped.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments are insured.  
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package cannot be located, or if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@opulentfragrance.net so we can assist with a claim or resolution.

7. International Shipping

Opulent Fragrance currently ships only within the United States.  
Orders placed using freight-forwarding or reshipper addresses are shipped at the customer’s own risk.

8. Holiday & Sale Periods

During peak sales events or holidays, processing times may extend by one additional business day. Any significant delays will be communicated via a site banner or checkout notice.
