Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are permitted before an order has shipped.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact us by email at info@opulentfragrance.net.
Cancellation timeframe:
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order and before shipment confirmation has been issued.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the return process outlined below.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return method:
Returns are accepted by mail only. We do not accept in-store or drop-off returns.
Returns process:
To initiate a return, please contact info@opulentfragrance.net with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers wishing to exchange an item must return the original item (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@opulentfragrance.net so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or special-order products
- Opened or used fragrances (excluding authenticity disputes — see below)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Fragrance Returns
Fragrances are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided the bottle is unused and the original packaging (box, cellophane, cap, and any included accessories) is intact and undamaged. We cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrances, as these cannot be resold.
To initiate a return, email us at info@opulentfragrance.net with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. We do not charge restocking fees.
Authenticity Concerns
If you have any concern about the authenticity of a product you received from Opulent Fragrance, please contact us immediately at info@opulentfragrance.net. Authenticity concerns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not subject to the standard return condition requirements. We take every authenticity inquiry seriously and will work with you to resolve it promptly — including full refunds where warranted.
